We collect only the data you send through the forms (name, e-mail and the details of your request) and the questions you type into Groove Bot.

Purpose and legal basis: to answer your request and, if you subscribe, to send the newsletter. The basis is your consent and, for bookings, the steps prior to a contract.

Recipients: our hosting provider (Cloudflare) and, when enabled, the e-mail delivery service and the AI provider used by Groove Bot (Anthropic). Some providers may process data outside the EU under standard contractual clauses.

Retention: while your request is handled and for the legal periods that apply afterwards; newsletter data until you unsubscribe.

Your rights: access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability, by writing to demos@groovetimerecords.es. You can also complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).
